Requirements

  • Experience:

    • 3-5 years in Software Development.

    • Proficiency with Dev Ops processes.

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

    • Postgraduate qualifications advantageous.

  • Technical Skills:

    • C/C++, Python, networking/communication protocols.

    • Embedded systems, development environments, version control (Git), CI/CD.

    • IoT integration platforms (AWS, MS Azure, etc.).

  • Development Proficiency:

    • Firmware development, debugging, and testing for embedded systems.

  • Project Management:

    • Scope definition, planning, testing, monitoring, reporting, and documentation.

  • Communication:

    • Strong verbal and written skills.

  • Analytical Skills:

    • Effective problem-solving abilities.

  • Additional Knowledge:

    • SQL, Java, HTML.


Responsibilities
  • Primary Focus:

    • Lead firmware development and support.

    • Collaborate with R&D team.

    • Manage software lifecycle from start to support.

    • Engage with project teams and stakeholders.

  • Secondary Focus:

    • Customer communication for project and troubleshooting support.

Success Metrics
  • Timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.
