Requirements
Experience:
3-5 years in Software Development.
Proficiency with Dev Ops processes.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Postgraduate qualifications advantageous.
Technical Skills:
C/C++, Python, networking/communication protocols.
Embedded systems, development environments, version control (Git), CI/CD.
IoT integration platforms (AWS, MS Azure, etc.).
Development Proficiency:
Firmware development, debugging, and testing for embedded systems.
Project Management:
Scope definition, planning, testing, monitoring, reporting, and documentation.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written skills.
Analytical Skills:
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Additional Knowledge:
SQL, Java, HTML.
Responsibilities
Primary Focus:
Lead firmware development and support.
Collaborate with R&D team.
Manage software lifecycle from start to support.
Engage with project teams and stakeholders.
Secondary Focus:
Customer communication for project and troubleshooting support.
Success Metrics
Timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.
