Tenant & workspace inventory

Every workspace, report, dataset and dataflow you own — including the ones nobody remembers building. Who owns them, who uses them, and which are dead.

Model diagnostics

Size, refresh duration, failure history and the specific measures or relationships causing problems. Profiled with DAX Studio and the Best Practice Analyzer, not guessed at.

Data quality findings

Where the numbers disagree and why. We trace at least one disputed figure back to source so you can see exactly where it diverges.

Licence & capacity review

What you are paying for, what you are using, and whether Fabric capacity (if you have it) is sized right. This alone often covers the cost of the check.

Prioritised remediation plan

Everything we found, ranked by impact against effort — with a fixed price against each item so you can choose what to do and what to leave.

Walkthrough session

A 60-minute session taking you and your team through the findings. Recorded, so whoever could not attend can still watch it.

How the week runs

Total time required from your team: about two hours.

    Kick-off

    60 minutes. We agree scope, get read access, and confirm which reports actually matter to you.

  2. Days 2–4

    Analysis

    We work independently. No time from your team beyond answering the odd question.

  3. Day 5

    Findings

    Written report delivered, plus the walkthrough session.

What we need from you

  • Read access to your Power BI tenant (Viewer + workspace read)
  • A 60-minute kick-off with whoever knows the reporting
  • A list of the reports that actually matter
  • One disputed number we can trace end to end

We never need write access, and we never need your data to leave your tenant. How we handle your data.

When it is not worth it

We would rather tell you now than take your money. Skip the health check if:

  • You already have a BI team and know exactly what is wrong
  • You want someone to build one report and nothing else
  • Nobody internally can give us read access within a week

No lock-in, no obligation

The report is yours. If you want to hand it to your internal team, or to another supplier, that is genuinely fine — you paid for it. Most people find the job is smaller than they feared.
